MICA Educational Co (P) Ltd. is an organization of scholars which aims to create an educated and peaceful society by extending co-operation, honesty, enlightenment in the process of hard work. The root of the organization was seeded as MICA School Division in the year 1997 when it made a humble beginning as a venture for meeting personal and educational expenses of the founder of MSD by providing computer education in a school.Gradually out of excitement for innovation & to provide quality services the organization took to expertise in the field of education and IT services & leaned forward with I.T. Education @ schools, software development, Play School, BPO, Grievance redressal system, Hardware maintenance, Books Publication, Computer & Evaluation system.
Interestingly the nomenclature MICA was derived from the then canopy ‘Mercantile Institute of Computer Application’ that dates back to around 1995s where it was established as a computer accounting firm under the elderly of founder of MSD, that used to do ledger balancing work of Banks and had taken to computer accounting training (Tally, Ex) institute.Ex) institute.
Organization was registered as Ltd Company in the year 2005 and since then it continues to serve in Jharkhand and other adjacent states. Contribution in the field of education, software and hardware, IT activities made a significant impact and helped MICA emerged as leader in academician, training, ITES, public redressals and organizing competitions.
Organization provides platform to a large number of youthsand fresh graduates to take the opportunity of beginning the career with their first job at MICA. Incidentally, Youths associated with this organization (who learnt while working or bybeing trained) are serving indifferent sectorsaround the globe. Organization proudly calls them ‘MICA graduates’.
The work environment and culture of MICA makes it a distinct entity as it believes in happiness as the core objective of work. It enriches an environment where everyone gets opportunity to groom leadership, updates with practical skills, own responsibility and also have leisure from time to time. It promotes tobuild a spirit of co-operation, team and family. Other than work protocol the ideology of Mr. Jain enables to make a place where everyone is equal be it the CEO himself or any other MICAns irrespective of their position in the organization,or creed, caste, religion, gender, region etc, it can well be gathered during its fellowships like MICA sports league, Picnics, and celebrations during Saraswati Puja, Independence Day, Viswakarma Puja, Republic Day, Eid, X-Mas, Holi, MICAns’ birthdaysetc. People working here are not staffs but are tagged as MICAns.
Over the years MICA has not only gained the trust of its clients but has followed the ethos of an extended family so far as its team is concerned. MICA is leading the sector in terms of services and betterment andthis all had been made possible by the collective effort of its founders, companions and trust of clients.
